CASTIGLIONI RESEARCH CENTRE
The Castiglioni Research Centre (C.R.C.) is an industrial facility that has been based in the Republic of San Marino since 1993.

The company was founded by President Claudio Castiglioni as a high performance sports motorcycle design centre for the MV Agusta Group. It has been responsible for the development of some of the most acclaimed and innovative models in the motorcycle world (such as the revolutionary Ducati 916 and the legendary MV Agusta F4 and Brutale).

Today the C.R.C. - staffed by a forty-strong team of researchers - continues its quest for technological excellence and innovation with the introduction of the new MV Agusta 3-cylinder line, within which many models have been developed, from the sporty F3 to the naked Brutale, all the way up to the more extreme Rivale and Dragster models as well as the all-new Turismo Veloce presented at EICMA 2013.

In terms of design philosophy, the C.R.C. is constantly pursuing excellence in every single detail of its creative activity. To this end the Castiglioni Research Centre has, over the years, built up an internal organisation, like none other in the world, of unrivalled flexibility, efficiency and technological creativity, making it fully capable of independently designing, developing and industrialising new projects.

Thus the C.R.C. is able to directly follow and monitor every single stage of the design process (from the initial concept to the manufacture of final prototypes) and produce all project documentation internally.
